Atlus and ACE Team announce Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder

Back in 2011, ATLUS released a fun tower defense platform game called Rock of Ages. The game took players on a smashing rampage throughout various periods of art history and it became ATLUS’ best-selling digital game of all time. ACE Team and ATLUS recently announced the sequel to Rock of Ages, titled Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder (amazing pun).

In Bigger and Boulder, Atlas, the Greek God of holding up really heavy things, needs some help recovering the celestial sphere that he might have misplaced. And he definitely needs your help, because all the rulers throughout historical eras are getting in his way; there’s no time to gather moss – start smashing down gates! The conquerors in the game are each representative of their different periods of Art History, from Early Renaissance to Late Gothic, and are presented in the series’ quirky, Pythonesque, cut-out animation style.

A big focus in Rock of Ages II is co-op and competitive play, where you and three other friends can plan out the best way to destroy everything in sight with your boulder. Check out all of the major features for Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder below!
