WaterMelon releases a visual novel game for the SEGA Genesis

The SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive continues to live on through dedicated indie developers with the release of a brand new game titled Sacred Line. The game follows a private detective living in Eastern Europe who receives a mysterious message right before the detective decides to close down her practice.

The game works as a visual novel, featuring multiple endings and a haunting atmosphere thanks to the use of pre-calculated graphics. The game’s website is selling the game in a cartridge format, which includes a color instruction manual and a paper insert for a clam-shell box. You can click here to purchase Sacred Line, as well as check out the other games WaterMelon has developed.
